Product Warranty
All products sold by EUR-AM are backed by a 15 day warranty.
In the event a problem should occur with your product please contact customer
service via email and your issue shall be dealt with in the order in which it is
received.
Any
damages due to customer neglect, abuse, force of nature, or customer ordering
the wrong part is NOT considered a defective product and is not exchangeable.
All parts have to be returned in the original
packaging and must be in re-saleable condition.
Installed
Glass Mount or other installed Antennas are not returnable
A 15% restocking fee
will apply.
Shipping charges are not refundable. |

Applicable Sales Tax
The great State
of New-Hampshire
has NO Sales Tax
EUR-AM is not responsible for additional taxes or Import Duties that may apply
to items shipped to other states or outside the United States. |

Typographical Errors
EUR-AM is
not responsible for typographical errors or omissions relating to pricing, copy,
photography, or specifications.
In the event of a pricing error a representative from EUR-AM will contact you
via E-mail with the corrected pricing information.

Return Policy
EUR-AM will not
accept returns without prior RMA approval. (Return Merchandise Approval)
Please send email to receive RMA approval.
A 15% restocking fee will apply.
Custom Made Parts are not
refundable. (Special made coax cables, magnetic mounts etc.)
Shipping charges are
